Entry process open for the 2023 AEGEAN 600

The Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC) is pleased to announce the Notice of Race is published and the entry process is open for the 3rd annual AEGEAN 600 race held over 7-15 July 2023.

 

HORC welcomes seaworthy monohulls with a minimum LOA of 09,00m with a current and valid IRC or ORC certificate, seaworthy multihull boats with a minimum LOA of 9,15m with a current and valid MOCRA or ORCmh certificate. Boats within offshore classes such as the IMA Maxi, Dehler 30 One Design, Class 40, Mini 6.5, and Figaro II and III classes are also invited to enter.

 

The Notice of Race gives more details on the entry rules and requirements, and descriptions of the numerous prizes and awards offered by HORC for the race.

 

Already there are entries from Denmark, France, Greece, Italy and Poland registered for the race, often described as the “Perfect 600-miler” for its unique combination of excellent weather, interesting race course run throughout the islands of the southern Aegean, and the outstanding hospitality the organizers from HORC extend to all participants at the shoreside venue at Olympic Marine.
