INSPECTION CARD 

The safety and seaworthiness of a boat is the sole and inescapable responsibility of the Person in Charge as stated in RRS 4 and OSR 1.02.

The inspection of a boat does not in any way limit or reduces the complete and unlimited responsibility of the Person in Charge.

These documents focus on safety equipment and are provided as a courtesy to competitors. They do not, in any way, limit the inspection of a boat, by the Technical Committee, that will be conducted according to the OSR and the NoR.
